Escape Room: can you and your team get out?

Escape Room: can you and your team get out?

As a team building challenge, the whole staff went to Omescape in Richmond to test our problem-solving and teamwork skills. We were assigned to “The Penitentiary”, which has an escape rate of only 13%. Our team, of course, was certain we would be up to the challenge. Erin, Emma, and Whitney even came in full on ninja garb. We were given 1 hour. We worked through the clues that were given and definitely worked as a team. In the end however, despite our ninjas, we failed. But we had a great time, and, I think, learned a little about each other. And we have committed to trying again in the future!

Turns out, this also marks a very important date for our office. Broheen Elias, our PA, has been working in this office for 10 years now. To celebrate his dedication to this office and to the care of our hand patients, we threw him a surprise party – at his own house. Happily, he was indeed very surprised. We dined on delicious Thai food, and Broheen was presented with a series of certificates honoring his many talents. Congratulations, Broheen!
